Frequently Asked Questions

What does Worklens Debrief do?

Worklens Debrief helps crews complete structured before-job and after-job reviews from a mobile app. Organizations use it to assign debriefs, capture frontline answers, and learn from conditions that affect safe and reliable work.

What are Before Action Reviews and After Action Reviews?

A Before Action Review captures what is planned, what is different today, what critical controls matter, and when the crew should stop or escalate. An After Action Review captures what actually happened, what changed, what helped, and what should be learned for future work.

What happens to my debrief answers?

Your answers are saved to your organization's Worklens account. Authorized organization users can review submitted answers, completion status, timestamps, and related job details so they can understand work conditions and follow up where needed.

Does Worklens use answers for analysis?

Yes. Worklens may analyze debrief answers to identify recurring themes, weak signals, risk patterns, control issues, and learning opportunities across the organization. This analysis is designed to support better conversations and decisions.

Can my organization see my answers?

Yes. Worklens is provided for organizations, so debrief answers are visible to authorized people in the organization that assigned the work, such as administrators, supervisors, or leaders responsible for learning and follow-up.

Can I edit an answer after submitting?

Submitted answers become part of the debrief record. If something needs to be corrected, contact your organization administrator or support so they can advise based on your organization's process.

Why do I need an organization code?

The organization code connects crew members to the correct Worklens organization. It helps ensure that assigned debriefs and submitted answers are stored in the right place.

How do push notifications work?

If notifications are enabled, Worklens can send alerts when a debrief is assigned or needs attention. You can manage notification permissions in your device settings.

How do I delete my account?

You can request account deletion from the account deletion option inside the app or by contacting [email protected]. Some organization records may need to be retained for legal, contractual, audit, security, or legitimate business reasons.

Who do I contact for support?

Email [email protected] with your name, organization, device type, app version, and a short description of the issue. For access problems, your organization administrator can also confirm your organization code and account status.
