Account information may include your name, email address, role, organization, profile image, password credentials, and mobile push notification tokens.
Brief information may include assigned jobs, job site, pre-job responses, post-job responses, safety observations, concerns, lessons learned, timestamps, and completion status.
Technical and usage information may include device type, operating system, IP address, app version, authentication activity, push notification registration, and basic usage metadata.
We use collected information to provide and secure Worklens, authenticate crew users, assign briefs, capture responses, and make completed Worklens records available to authorized organization users.

Aggregated or anonymized information that no longer identifies you may be retained to improve Worklens and support safety learning.
